Location, Location, Location! This property is perfectly situated bordering the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area with dune access and along the shores of beautiful Saunders Lake. ATV enthusiasts, fishermen, kayakers and just about anyone visiting the area for its many attractions will find the accommodations unbelievable.
Centrally located along the Oregon Coast, you are just a short scenic drive from places like Charleston, Coos Bay, Ten Mile Lake, Winchester Bay and many other coastal destinations.
Local activities include deep sea, lake or river fishing, crabbing, surfing, boating, waterskiing, whale watching, ATVing, motorcycling, horseback riding, snorkeling, diving, shopping, casinos and many others.
All four bedrooms are newly furnished and each offer its own comfort and style that easily sleeps 8-10 people.
The master bedroom (in its forest cabin theme), is a large elegant bedroom with a CA. king size bed, lounger chair, private full bath and a window seat overlooking the lake.
The Fishing Room This cozy room has a king size bed, private full bath and overlooks the lake and the great outdoors.
The Ocean Room is a bright comfortable bedroom with queen size bed and private access to a full sized bathroom.
The Surfin' Bunk Room (with its surfing theme), is sure to be a hit with the younger crowd. It’s nicely furnished with two bunk beds which have twins up top, full size beds on the bottom, and storage drawers underneath. Another window seat adorns this room which overlooks the lake.
Also enjoy a lower deck which is great for sunbathing and fishing.
A large fully equipped kitchen with center island opens into the large dining and family rooms which creates an open great room feel for family togetherness. Great for large families, groups or family reunions.
